Beef Kofte, Hummus, Sumac Onions

Check out my first recipe video! I decided to go with this recipe as it was the first one I created for my recipe book (I was eating this most lunchtimes at the time of creating the recipe!) so it made sense to continue with the theme and make this the first video too.
